Opening an account with us is easy!
Remember!! If you are a constant user you will benefit from REAL trade prices, which will help you to promote your business, be more competitive and increase your profits. We will gladly e-mail you an account application form - please email us with your request.
Q= What if I need to return materials I have over ordered or incorrectly ordered ?
It happens, we know that. - We ask that you confirm the list of materials being returned. You will also be responsible for organising transport to ship the goods back to us. Once we receive and check the returned goods we can begin the refund/credit process.
All returns will be subject to our terms and conditions.
Q = Are prices subject to vat?
All prices in this store are net, VAT is added when you checkout.
Carriage is added when you get to the checkout area, before you actually purchase (+ vat) UK Mainland only.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
